This 1 year program is required for recent Learn to Row graduates as well as returning members who have not logged at least 50 hours on-the-water training. 

• Fee is $300. 

• Includes 1) 2x per week coached on the water sessions (May-Oct); 2) 1x per week indoor sessions (May-Oct); 3) Winter Indoor Training Class (Nov-Feb).

• Via TEAM SNAP APP - Rowers can sign-up for any of the Novice Masters sessions. Rowers must sign up 24 hours in advance of session. 

• Novice Masters must log 50 hours of on the water training and pass skills/safety test to move up to Intermediate boats and programs. 

• Upon completion of Novice Masters program rowers may apply for Lookout Rowing Club membership.
