We have an exciting new opportunity this fall.  We have received a number of questions about coaching beyond Learn to Row, so we are adding classes this fall that all LRC members can sign up for!

Please see attachment for more detail and the schedule, but at a high level there are two programs to choose from (sweep or sculling), and each has the opportunity for two 2-hr coaching sessions per week.  We are excited to have David Hall as the head coach.  The cost for a program is $125, which covers the two 2-hour sessions per week for the months of September and October, which is a lot of coaching!  This is open to everyone who is an LRC member and is a great opportunity to row in a group setting while receiving technical instruction including video feedback!

To register or if you have questions, please contact LoisAnn Shannon (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) or Allison Colberg (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).  We are asking you to register by August 25. We are hopeful many of you will choose to participate!
